Meet Pete — the creator behind The Spirit of Bristol Distillery. Using the time-honoured one-shot method, Pete carefully macerates the botanicals in a pot with the base spirit, allowing them to steep before distillation. The heart of the spirit is then collected as a pure, unadulterated botanical distillate, proofed with water and bottled at its perfect strength — ensuring every drop is full of depth, balance and true Bristol character.
