The Spirit of Bristol Hotwells Spice Gin celebrates Bristol's maritime roots with a blend of bold, aromatic botanicals. Cardamom, cinnamon, clove and ginger bring warmth and depth, balanced by bright citrus and classic juniper for a rich, comforting gin with a smooth, lingering finish.
Meet Pete, the creator behind The Spirit of Bristol Distillery. Using the time-honoured one-shot method, Pete carefully macerates the botanicals in a pot with the base spirit, allowing them to steep before distillation. The heart of the spirit is then collected as a pure, unadulterated botanical distillate, proofed with water and bottled at its perfect strength, ensuring every drop is full of depth, balance and true Bristol character.
