Ward Valley Stony Beach Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a classic coastal expression from New Zealand's most celebrated white wine region. From vineyards situated near Stony Beach, sun-soaked days and cool nights develop bright fruit character and refreshing acidity. The bouquet offers gooseberry, cape gooseberry, grapefruit, apple and green papaya, with herbaceous hints of basil and sage that layer in more of the Marlborough story.
Youthful and vibrant on the palate with a backbone of acidity and a clean, mineral finish. Pairs naturally with fresh seafood — oysters, grilled fish, prawn cocktails — as well as light salads and goat's cheese.
