Wyborowa is one of Poland's oldest and most celebrated vodka producers, distilling at the historic Wyborowa distillery in Poznań since 1823. Made from 100% Dankowskie Gold Rye, a premium Polish rye variety prized for its clean, natural sweetness, the spirit is distilled and filtered to produce a vodka of exceptional purity and character. Poland's proud tradition of rye vodka production spans centuries, and Wyborowa remains one of its finest expressions.

About the producer

Wyborowa traces back to 1823, when Hartwig Kantorowicz built a modern distillery in Poznań in western Poland. The name means exquisite — the verdict of the judges who named it Poland's finest clear vodka. It is made from rye alone, grown in the surrounding countryside, and in 1927 became the first vodka brand in the world to be formally registered.
