About the producer

Zeno makes what it calls alcohol-liberated wine: real Spanish wine, fermented in the usual way, with the alcohol taken out at the end. The grapes come from a single organic estate in Castilla-La Mancha, and the Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon blend is finished with Spanish winery partners. Founded in 2022 after three years of development, it lands at 0.3%.
