A Third Growth (1855) in Margaux, on the Cantenac plateau. It takes its name from Mark Kirwan, an Irish wine merchant who expanded the estate in the 18th century, and has been owned by the Schröder & Schÿler family since 1926. Thomas Jefferson admired its wines on his 1787 visit to Bordeaux.

Elegant, perfumed, Cabernet-led Margaux — the appellation known for the most fragrant and refined reds of the Médoc. Drawn from an unusually varied patchwork of soils, Kirwan's wines are polished and age-worthy, and have been on fine form since major investment in the estate from 2007.

UK delivery is free on orders over £125. For smaller orders, standard delivery is £3.99 for a single bottle (2–4 business days). Faster 1–3 business day delivery is priced by order size:

We offer a 365-day return policy — a full year to return unopened bottles, which is far longer than most independent merchants. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is arranged by you (we recommend a tracked service), and once we've received and inspected the return we'll refund your original payment method within five business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
