About this wine

Barbadillo Cream Sherry is a beautifully mellow blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines, aged in the traditional solera system to create a rich, nutty and smooth style. Notes of raisins, toffee and roasted nuts unfold on the palate, balanced by gentle sweetness and a long, warming finish. Ideal served slightly chilled as an aperitif or after dinner with desserts, cheeses or simply on its own for a touch of indulgence.

About the producer

Bodegas Barbadillo was founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the coastal town at the heart of Manzanilla country, and remains family-owned seven generations later. As the largest Manzanilla producer in the entire Jerez region, Barbadillo owns 500 hectares of Palomino vineyards and operates seventeen historic cellars across Sanlúcar. Their wines are defined by the unique sea-salt freshness that only the Sanlúcar microclimate can bestow — benchmarks of Spanish fortified wine.
