Barbadillo Fino Sherry

A dry delight from sunny Sanlúcar

Barbadillo Fino is a classic dry Sherry from the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Andalucía, where sea breezes and centuries of winemaking tradition come together in every bottle. Aged under flor (a layer of yeast that protects the wine from oxygen), this is a crisp and refreshing Fino that’s perfect for sipping chilled on a warm day.

Tasting notes

Pale straw in colour with bright aromas of almonds, green apple, chamomile and a salty tang that hints at its seaside origins. On the palate, it's bone dry with fresh citrus, roasted nuts and a long, savoury finish.

Perfect serve

Serve well chilled in a white wine glass. A fantastic match for olives, salted almonds, Iberico ham or a plate of anchovies. Also works beautifully with sushi or simple grilled fish.

Artisan craftsmanship

Produced by Bodegas Barbadillo, a family-run house founded in 1821, this Fino is made using the traditional solera system and aged for several years under natural flor in the coastal bodegas of Sanlúcar. It’s a benchmark expression of the style.
