“H. Blin is a small cooperative Champagne house and this is their entry-level brut — clean, toasty and proper. A good Champagne at a fair price.”

About this wine

Champagne H. Blin Brut is a refined and delightful sparkling wine that captures the essence of the H. Blin Champagne house's commitment to quality and tradition. This non-vintage Champagne is a classic representation of the harmonious blend of fruitiness and finesse that defines the region's best offerings, highlighted by 80% Pinot Meunier — exceptionally balanced with a silky mouthfeel.

H. Blin Brut features a pale golden hue with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose opens with inviting aromas of crisp green apples and zesty citrus, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is smooth and refreshing, showcasing a balanced blend of fruit and toasty undertones, leading to a clean and crisp finish.

Versatile and approachable, it pairs wonderfully with light appetisers like seafood, canapés, and charcuterie boards, or alongside poultry, creamy pastas, fine cheeses, and fruit tarts.

About the producer

Champagne H. Blin is a grower cooperative founded in 1947 by Henri Blin alongside 28 fellow winegrowers in Vincelles, deep in the Vallée de la Marne. Today 120 growers tend 110 hectares of vines predominantly planted to Pinot Meunier, the variety that defines the Marne Valley's distinctive character. With 80% of plots certified sustainable or HVE and 10 hectares under organic farming, H. Blin is a model of responsible Champagne production, exporting half its 500,000 annual bottles worldwide.
