Juan Gil Silver Label Monastrell is a full-bodied red with a deep, complex flavour profile. The nose offers intense aromas of dark berries, black cherries, and a touch of spice, alongside subtle hints of smoke and herbs. On the palate, it’s rich and rounded, with concentrated flavours of ripe black fruit, cocoa, and vanilla. Its well-structured tannins and lively acidity provide balance, leading to a smooth finish with a touch of pepper and oak.

Perfect Serve

Serve at 16–18°C to fully bring out its depth. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roast lamb, or dishes with rich sauces, such as beef stew. It also complements aged cheeses like manchego or blue cheese.

From the renowned Juan Gil winery in Spain’s Jumilla DO region, this Monastrell comes from old vines grown in sun-drenched vineyards. Aged in French and American oak barrels, the wine showcases the true character of Monastrell while maintaining a smooth, balanced profile.
