Start from what she enjoys — a favourite style, grape or region makes the easiest win. If you're not sure, a crisp sparkling wine, an elegant rosé or a well-reviewed white are reliably popular choices, and a gift set takes the guesswork out entirely. Add a free gift message and we can send it straight to her.

Yes — your delivery address doesn't have to match your billing address, so you can send a gift straight to the recipient. Just enter their address at checkout, and add a free gift message to go with it.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and most orders arrive within 1–3 business days (often sooner). If it's for a specific date, order with a little room to spare, or choose express delivery for the quickest option.

Yes — our gift message service is free on every order. Add your message at checkout and we'll include it with the delivery.

We offer a 365-day return policy — a full year to return unopened bottles, which is far longer than most independent merchants. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is arranged by you (we recommend a tracked service), and once we've received and inspected the return we'll refund your original payment method within five business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
